Jamieson Relax and Sleep™ Herbal Formula is designed for the relief of insomnia and the reduction of nervous tension and anxiety. Formulated using a blend of four gentle herbs — valerian, hops, passion flower and catnip, it promotes restful sleep and reduces anxiety without the risk of becoming habit forming.

Valerian (4:1) extract 50 mg
(Valeriana officinalis, root)
Equivalent to 200 mg raw herb
Catnip (5:1) extract 20 mg
(Nepeta cataria, plant)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb
Hops (4:1) extract 25 mg
(Humulus lupulus, strobiles)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb
Passion flower (4:1) extract 25 mg
(Passiflora incarnata, flower)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb

Also Contains
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, gelatin.

NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed for the relief of insomnia.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
